It’s
All about You. In this program you will
develop a plan for success for your own
business while studying Jack Welch's approach
to "Management for Success".
"
Management for Success" is made up of 14 components,
such as "Mission", "Value", "Hiring", "Parting
ways" and "Budgeting" (See
the 6-month course schedule for details.). Through
weekly study of these topics, you will gain a more
comprehensive, strategic perspective on management.
You will also learn:
-Comprehensive, strategic management know-how
-Management skills to energize and inspire people
an
organizations
-International business culture (through discussions
on AirCampus)
* These lectures will not be teaching tactics for financial
marketing. Students interested in an techniques such
as P/L and B/S analysis should consider a different
course. |

Exchange ideas with your classmates, evaluate each others' work, and thereby make improvements to your own plan.
